The aim is gentle, steady practice that a young child can enjoy.

SparksBloom does not replace formal schooling, a teacher, or a structured curriculum. It is a companion to those things. Think of it as practice that sits alongside the teaching your child receives, and not as a stand-in for any of it.

SparksBloom does not assess, diagnose, or screen for reading difficulties, dyslexia, or any developmental or learning condition. If you have concerns about your child’s reading, speech, hearing, or development, please speak with a teacher, a paediatrician, or a qualified specialist. SparksBloom is not a professional assessment and should not be used as one.

Children learn at their own pace. Progress shown in the app reflects practice within SparksBloom, and it is not a guarantee of any particular reading level, school result, or outcome. We make no promise about how quickly or how far any individual child will progress. Some children move quickly, others take their time, and both are completely normal.

SparksBloom is designed for a young child to use with a caring adult close by. It is not a substitute for adult attention. How much screen time fits your child is a decision for your family, and we trust you to make it.
